Jelina Linyonga: There are many opportunities in ConAgra, definitely to move up and in different department in the company as long as you're a go-getter.

Justin Nguyen: A label is not out there. You might be under a bunch of different brands but you wouldn't know its ConAgra Foods. But once you flip that label around and read it to the end, then you know that ConAgra control, like a major portion of the market.

Liz Olson: I'm very proud of the brands that we have. We have chefs from all different backgrounds. They've owned restaurants, they've worked in hotels, they've gone to the most prestigious culinary schools around. And it really shows in their work and what they bring to the job.

Viviana Bermudez: We always work through innovation and improvements, so we have a lot of different products that are new in the market, like Cafe Steamers, Fresh mixers.

Adam Krtek: 80% of my time is spent on new product innovations. We're trying to launch new products all the time, and be first to market with brand new innovative technologies.

Brian Kramer: There's a really good opportunity to jump right in and get hands on on projects right away when you come in to the company.

Micah Lewis: ConAgra wants to promote from within, and they want to move you up within the company. They want to use your strengths to grow the company.

Daryl Horton: One of the reasons that I was really excited about joining the ConAgra team is I saw immediate opportunites for growth. I started out as the operations manager. I worked a year and a half and I was promoted to plant manager.

Ben Reynolds: I've been able to affect different teams from across the nation at my entry level position. Its just been more of a faster pace promotion throughout my career.

If you are straight out of school and you and you want to gain quality experience as fast as you can, then ConAgra will give you that opportunity.

Marcella Thompson: As the director of sustainability, I look at the way the company can do business that's both profitable, but then also takes into consideration environmental and social aspects. I think that these are things that young people value and probably expect out of a company.

Christine Thomson: ConAgra is great about helping me with work life balance, and this summer we're able to work an extra 45 minutes each day so we can leave at one on Fridays. During the work week from Monday through Friday during lunches or after work we also offer business classes that you can attend free of charge with your coworkers.

ConAgra Foods has locations all across the country. Not just our plants where we manufacture our products, but we also have different sales offices as well as three corporate locations.

I think that my experience with work compared to my friends is that I've been given more opportunites at the level that I'm working.

I'm learning and I'm growing. I'm not plateauing or, you know, being bored with the company. That's why I'm here with ConAgra for this long.

Management views you as an asset.

They give you the reins on a lot of projects. They show you the ropes and they don't push you off into a corner.
