"I work with engineers and project managers to plan the layout of plant facilities, including the areas of safety and maintenance. On a typical day, I spend my time working with the project managers and their engineering team to design layouts in 3-D for the plants. It feels like I'm working on a large and complex puzzle, which is fun.

"One of the things I like about ConAgra Foods is our participation in local food drives, and various fund-raisers to benefit nonprofit organizations. I have been able to participate in several of these events through my membership in the Women's Leadership Council and the ConAgra Asian Network."
