ConAgra Foods University:This easy-to-use online resource helps employees improve job performance to grow into satisfying careers. The university allows employees to register for coursework, test their knowledge and, in some cases, gain professional certification. We currently offer four learning academies with specialized instruction in General Management, Sales, Marketing and Leadership.

In 2008, employees completed 9,400 hours of learning. We offer access to more than 2,700 different learning items through instructors, online resources and blended learning approaches.
