Diversity and Inclusion

We are building a culture in which all of our employees can be authentic and know that their diverse thoughts and capabilities are valued. We have built a strong business case for diversity and inclusion, which has enabled us to focus on attracting, retaining and empowering employees from all walks of life. These employees help us forge stronger relationships in the community, in the marketplace and with our stakeholders.

We invite you to learn more about diversity and inclusion, and all of our related programs at ConAgra Foods®.

Employee Resource Networks

Our Employee Resource Networks (ERN) are a key ingredient in our recipe for creating a diverse and inclusive culture. At ConAgra Foods, these networks provide organizational and business insights to deliver leadership development experiences, to create an environment for exploring our uniqueness and to provide community support through volunteer opportunities in the communities where we live and work. Each of our Employee Resource Networks (ERN) brings together employees from all cultures, backgrounds and lifestyles.

Candidate Connect

Candidate Connect is a unique program that offers prospective employees the opportunity to meet with a member of one of ConAgra Foods' Employee Resource Networks (ERN) to learn more about the culture of the company.

If you are considering working at ConAgra Foods and moving to Omaha or Naperville, you may request a meeting with any of ConAgra Foods' six Employee Resource Networks. Although these meetings have no bearing on the actual interview process and do not figure into hiring considerations, they give you the opportunity to relax and talk candidly about ConAgra Foods and the city's culture in a comfortable environment.

"Leading the ConAgra Asian Network (CAN) has been a privilege that has allowed me to gain leadership experience as well as work with ConAgra Foods executives to achieve common goals both internal and external to the company. Through CAN, my team and I have been able to help the company's innovation and presence in the community." — Kevin W., Financial Analyst
"A large part of success goes hand in hand with networking. When I started my career, I wanted to make sure that I got connected. Becoming a part of the ConAgra Black Employee Network (CBEN) and the ConAgra Young Professionals Network (CYPN) has helped me do just that. I'm able to form professional relationships with employees who I might have never met if I weren't a part of ERNs." — Margerita M., Food Scientist
"I am very proud to have led the team that formed Moms in Business, a subgroup of our Women's Leadership Council (WLC). I have personally benefited from the wins we have achieved in the area of backup child care and flexible work arrangements, and I hope that our network of talented working mothers continues." — Paula F., Consumer Foods, Brand Director

Employee Resource Networks

Currently, we have six ERN groups and encourage the development of new groups.

If you'd like to learn more about ConAgra Foods, please e-mail one of the ERN contacts below.

Each of these networks receives support from an executive sponsor — a senior leader within the company — to guide its members' personal and professional development.
